Google Earth and places of Interest to theosophists

Google Earth program allows one to have a satellite view of any location in the world and can zoom in to have a closer look. Important landmarks such as cities are also shown on the view. Users have uploaded photos of places of interest and they also can be zoomed in and seen.

Theosophists may be interested in looking at Tibet and neighboring countries such as China, Bhutan, Sikkim, Nepal and India. In the region, there are some stunning photos of monasteries perched on the side of mountain. You may want to take a look at them
yourself.

You need to download google earth program. Search for it on google.com and you will find it. Then you can zoom in any part of the world. If you run into any problem, contact me off list.

I have been reading a wonderful biography of Blavatsky in Spanish and the author keeps talking of these wonderful places, too much to meet the eye: Kashmir, bhutan, Nepal, a lot of regions of pre-divided India of NorthWest and NE, and also some regions of the Southwest China close to Thibet, like the Turfan deserts - presumed entrance to Agartha regions, or some hidden monasteries there also??

I really want to look at them. send the link!
