I cannot meditate, but use positive daydreaming as a alternate method. Do I understand when meditating one steps out of there material realm into a non judgmental esoteric realm and studies the mind from a non judgmental base, looking inward from outside ones material makeup? Paul

I would rather ask myself, is there a need to meditate? What can meditation bring to me which I cannot get otherwise? What is the evidence that meditation is is a pre-requisite for understanding? Does evolution of neurology of humans play a role in how one can meditate?
