It is a rather voluminous, but original work.
Myers continued his work after his death, visiting many mediums all over the world. His cross-correspondence with mediums, giving scraps of information to several mediums, who didn't know each other, once collected as a whole, made sense and could be traced and verified. A clear proof of the existence and reality of the afterlife!
