The Falundafa.org use this as their sign, who this have painted I don't know .Possibly that person keep the dots white for white have all colors in it as prisma.

Whoever painted this mandala didn't understand that the tai chi (Yin Yang) symbol requires that the dots in the center of each of the entwined hemispheres must be the color of the opposite one... Indicating that within consciousness is the seed of matter, and within matter is the seed of consciousness, and that they both are dependently arising. In modern scientific terms, this also indicates that the cosmos is fundamentally a hologram... And, within every zero-point of total spacetime, there is all the information describing everything that is, was, or ever will be... The "Akashic record" of theosophy.
