In this series I will occasionally post some statistics giving a clear contrast between the world of 1893 and today.

The purpose is to illustrate how different the world we live in is from the time of HPB and her immediate successors. One of the primary goals of this site is to reframe how we think about Theosophy and there is no better way to demonstrate this than with images.
