Shintoism is a religion of the people of Japan and for them Emperor Akihito is a God.It means the way of the Gods.It involves creation myth that the Emperor of Japan is a descendant of a God from heaven.

 Hi, friends!!!

 The word "shinto" can be translated as "the way (to) of spirit (shin)". It's Japan national religion. It can be considered animism. The spirits (kami) are everywhere, spirits of ancestors, spirits of nature, from smaller to greater ones. The goal is harmony, right relationships.
