As I look out my bedroom window I see a brand new day. Yesterday is gone, today is here. Surely theres something I could do to help someone as well as me to have a beautiful day. There's someone out there who does not feel like it's a great day so, I will share my thoughts and try to change there mind.

I smile they smile we smile in hopes it's catching to others. I am surrounded by love for others and hopefully the others to. Beautiful is as beautiful does, share it with everyone you meet this day. A smile says "I love you"  What a way to start a day. Paul

A few years ago it was thought that average people smile around 50 times a day, now there has been sufficient study to curve those numbers. The average person smiles around 7 times a day (British study) that's not a lot considering there is 24 hours in a day, and even then the happiest or cheerful people smile around 11 times a day, as for grumpy people well you can guess they smile only once a day or sometimes not at all!

A smile is such a great statement without words, it conveys emotion to others and brightens their day, It's part of our primal roots where the showing of the teeth symbolizes our feelings. But most importantly just smiling can have such power in it! Just like you said Paul "a smile says 'I love you'," and that is a great statement that not only conveys to others but also helps us inside. In psychology we know that a persons certain mood can be changed just by altering their body posture or stance, if your slumped over right now stand up and shake your arms a bit, raise them up and take a deep breath, you'll feel the difference. Same goes for a smile, our brain will recognize the smile we are putting on our face and change out the bad for the good if it's done wholeheartedly. It is something certainly valuable to be shared. Great post :)

I feel that when I smile I smile all over inside and outside. Great psychology. Paul
