Because of a family problem I got extremely depressed (outside stimuli from the mind which is spiritual). I noticed also I got tired hot and physically wore out. This tells me that an outside stimuli created a mind nerve or body reaction to the outside stimuli.

If one has a pain it would seem it would communicate to the nervous system and the body connects to the mind (spirit). So any outside stimuli be it physical or mental can aggravate the bodies physical or mental (which is spirit)? Thoughts please? Paul

Sounds like you answered your own question.  However, if it is true, that we create our own reality, you must ask yourself why you are in this situation or having these issues to begin with?  What are you learning from this situation and what good can you contribute to it?  Does it bring out your best or your worst, and why?  Every experience is a opportuniy to learn and evolve and this is no execption.  Step back for a moment and look at it all objectively then approach it again from, hopefully, a different persepctive.   And remember what the Stocis and Victor Frankl have said, "It isn't necessarily the situation or environment that it is bad, it is our attitude to it that makes it bad (or negative)".   Also, remember it is normal to get depressed due to issues in one's life that don't go well.  We all get depressed at times, it is part of being human.  Relax, look at it objectively and see how it goes.  Tell me how it goes, and I hope you are feeling better soon.

Jeffery,

I allowed a outside stimuli create my depression from a experienced memory. Stocis and Frankl are right. Also my body got weak because of my depression. Interesting how the body and mind word together. Thanks for listening, I feel better now. Paul

P.S. One could also say " experience is a good involvement into ourselfs.
