In that blog I give a definition the term of ‘Subtle body’. According various occult, esoteric, mystic doctrines, subtle body is one of the psychospiriitual components of a living being, which is a interagent between a being’s physical body and his soul. There are several types of subtle bodies (astral, etheric, causal etc.). Each of them exist into corresponding plane of being (astral, etheric etc.). Subtle body doctrine is integral part of esoteric systems of the Orient (yoga, tantra, sufism) and of the West (rosicrucianism, hermetism, theosophy, anthroposophy, Forth Way by George Gurdjieff).
