There's a ton of stuff out there on the internet on personal development. It
might be a good idea to collect some of it and post some outlines of material
offered. This could be ideal for small group work. Who wants to participate?

As a starter, I will give self-help/personal development tip #1:

Break each project that you want to do up into small steps.
Action needed: Take a small step every day. Do it.

While it may be trivial that every journey starts with the first step, many seem
to omit to take that first step, because their plans or ideas seem too big to
them. This reminds me of the real story of the French herdsman that
planted an acorn in the ground everyday. After twenty years, a big forest had
grown on the place where he had planted the acorns.

Each of us can do the same thing. Think about this.
