Thanks, Martin, for posting this link. I'm familiar with most of the Individuals that are covered and personally have found them very useful in one area or another in life at some point.
This ties in neatly with Laszlo's booklet "You can change the world". He neatly summarizes some deadly convictions of modern society (neolithic illusion of inexhaustible planet, social-darwinism, market fundamentalism, consumerism and militarism) which have brought the planet to its current miserable state. He also outlines sound ideas for responsible action. The booklet could have been improved with more grassroot movement ideas, though. The chapter by Masami Saionji about changing yourself is uplifting. It deals with the creative process and the law of cause and effect and law of effect and cause. Food for thought and action.
