In my younger days I hadn't a clue what the spirit was. Late in my life I have had a Epiphany as to what it is. To me it's a sixth sense of understanding the unexplainable sense wise. There's something behind ones human nature and nature itself that seems to be unexplainable to normal nature or reality. One seems to sense  another way to understand the spiritual sense outside the normal human existence. Yet it's extremely hard to do too someone who cannot grasp what you are talking about.

I call these experiences (spells) of a spiritual nature. We have a spiritual nature but it is extremely hard to explain it to others. Paul
