‘I’, the ego, searches in vain for the ‘I AM’, the soul
I AM that I AM pervading all space
That was until I acquired a human face
The brain was a slave, it is now my master
A whirlpool of thoughts moving faster and faster
The duality of life gave birth to illusion
Dwelling in the mind, it became the ‘I’ delusion
‘I’ search in vain for the ‘ME’ with my mind; never found
For the mind is in ‘ME’, not the other way around
