<p>When Cousins was the Principal of Theosophical College in Madanapalli (birth city of Jiddu Krishnamurti), he invited Rabindranath Tagore to teach there. During Tagore's stay, he wrote the National Anthem of India - Jana Gana Mana. Here is what I found in wiki:</p>
