<p>I don't know about most people but I find this rather soothing. I actually think that I could use this during meditation. Capt., noiseless would be preferred method of meditation but we see that we're not in a noise free world, I think you mentioned (in chat) your in a big city so you know what I mean.. We find that we literally have to incorporate all those sounds into our meditation like the ticking of a clock, a car passing or construction sites, If these ambient like sounds can fill in that surrounding noise gap and increase the positive outcome of meditation that would be greatly beneficial!</p> Brilliant post PS. <p>Brilliant post PS. One wonders if the traditional meditation technique which requires (or prefers) a noise free environment to aid concentration will fit into this. Meditation is believed to increase the memory retention capabilities as well.</p>
