    Thanks Heidi,

I am grateful for your comments and good wishes. I have already posted my first question to David Reigle and received a really thoughtful well researched reply. I must share a secret though. I have not come to terms with theosophy yet and am a very slow learner. So, my participation would be limited only to the topics I can grasp even partly.
  • Capt. Anand Kumar

Thanks Heidi, I am really grateful for your kind words of encouragement.

Your belief in Theosophy is based on instinct, intuition or similar faculty. I try to logic and reason. You may like to visit my threads in theosophical.ning.com to understand my limitations or "Ring Pass-Nots", if you prefer.

I will try not to disappoint you. Thanks again.

Thanks Heidi for the request of friendship. Michael Gomes was the loveliest person you can meet and soooooooooooo knowledgeable without an enormous ego. It was really worth going to it. I have not read the abridged version but will buy it and hopefully read it soon.

Take care and speak soon, Vicky

Hi Heidi! Greetings! I think that we have to transcend our dual-mind (our concepts) to properly realize Time as "absolute". Relative time is, indeed, an inspiration to live the life! It show us a Dynamic Universe (panta rei, as Heraclitus said) with the "his" own laws. "My" thesis is only an argument (among others) to understand and meditate, preparing "my-self" to the "Bar-do".

I can attest to the quality of the barbershops in Japan; one of the many things I'll miss upon my return to the States. I'm currently in Okinawa; there is a calming energy being around the Okinawan people, I find it soothing to live here.

There is an island off the coast the locals refer to as God's Island, it is indeed mystical as your son phrased it.

    Kind Regards,
    Pyke

I can't understand why trend Macro keep doing this.

our website got hacked two years ago and we  cleared up,  deleted all the old contents and rebuild, but they never stop that. We have the Foundation site: http:humanityhealing.org. but this is our Spiritual activist outreach.

    Namaste.

LOL, it is kind of an ongoing thing. I have it by my side at night, it always amaze me, every time .I read it first in Portuguese, when I was very young, I went first to Antroposophy  of Rudolf Steiner, and then Blavastky, weird  path, but that was the way I discovered her. When i moved to USA  many moons ago, I bought the collection in English, and it has been my book  near the bed for years. I go through it now by themes. I read it front to back three times completely, but now I go and study themes. I am always taking notes. Thank you for asking,

    namaste

Thanks for the welcome. Lots to absorb and time is fleeting. But there is enough material here to keep me busy for a while. It's the things I haven't read yet that hold the most interest for me. Have a Happy New Year. Cheers

Heidi, you are such a dear! They say that love is the most powerful force on earth, and yet the central role it plays behind outward manifestations of power often goes unnoticed. As the Theosophical Network goes forward with its energetic work, there you are, behind the scenes, welcoming new members with your kind words and always loving heart. What a blessing it is that you are here! I KNOW what a force this is, and I wanted to express my great appreciation to you.
  • Bhupal Singh

Thanks Heidi, I have been reading Gita & Listening Pink Flloyd since 1973. Both gratify my mind better day after day.

Yes,im your friend now.I am male, 55 yrs old, a govt employee retiree.I want to talk/discuss to you about theosophy, because I know its the truth.I've been with this group(theosophy) for quite a time( 9 yrs.).I have a very different idea with our local theosophy group here. They dont talk about theosophy.Only the name they are using.Mostly they talked about esoteric,in most cases they are seeker of the truth.they are like a flying airplane without an airport.Anyway we are seeker,we always seek the truth w/o landing.I dont like it.We must have a home base.We must believe something, like the basic truths of theosophy, real self, this world is an illusion and so many other things.well,up to here and more next time.
  • Elena Moreno
