Those who compromise their truths weaken the structure of the Atman for selfish gain or for anothers.<br/>Metaphorically speaking, it's like erasing an unwritten story, or one that you <br/>have already written only to gain passage in another persons book.</p>

<p>Above all, beware of compromises. I do not mean that you are to get into antagonism with anybody, but you have to hold on to your own principles in weal or woe and never adjust them to others fads thought the greed of getting supporters.</p>

<p>What stood out to me is more of a self reliance of sorts (with discernment). Standing true to your self along with your support of the universe (Atman).</p>
