"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face the deep, and the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters". My question is, if the Earth was without form and void, that would be outer space which has no form but does have void.

Secondly, what is the word "waters" have to mean, the Earth was without water, if it was without form and void? I always thought God spoke our planet into creation. Paul
